Barica Blenkuš is a senior executive coach and trained psychotherapist based in Slovenia, with a remarkable twenty-year track record supporting senior leaders, business owners, and high-performing teams around the globe. She holds a Master’s in Organisational Change Consulting from Hult Ashridge Executive Education in the UK — one of the world’s leading institutions in complex leadership and organisational transformation.
Born and raised in a communist-era Yugoslavia, and having studied drama in Paris, Barica blends creative insight, heartfelt empathy, and sharpened business acumen in her coaching approach. Today, she brings lightness, clarity, and unshakeable presence to professionals navigating turbulent, high-stakes environments. Her signature mission? Helping clients stay authentic, connected to their creative energy, and grounded — even amid complexity and pressure.
In addition to her executive coaching practice, Barica has trained and supervised many coaches, guiding them as they refined their skills and grew into their professional identities. She has helped numerous practitioners make the transition into paid client work, a step she herself once had to navigate alone.
