Born and raised in a communist-era Yugoslavia, and having studied drama in Paris, Barica blends creative insight, heartfelt empathy, and sharpened business acumen in her coaching approach. Today, she brings lightness, clarity, and unshakeable presence to professionals navigating turbulent, high-stakes environments. Her signature mission?
